Have you ever gotten so busy that you didn't realize the month was already over? It's been a while since that has happened to me, but here I am, wrapping another month gone, thinking I had a few more days left in August. Alas, I was a little over a hundred pages from finishing my sixth book. So close, yet so far. Both the curse of being a slow reader and an easily distractible reader. Upside, according to our 10-day forecast, summer is still lingering. Since I'm starting the month with two days off in a row, maybe I can camp on the radio and start the month with a little reading marathon. Since I don't have plans until the middle of the month. There is another book swap in my future! But on to the August stats:

I got a BINGO this month! Finally, after what a month and some change, I was able to cross off another square. This month, I managed my Based on a True Story with The Fervor. Still no actual BINGOs though. I seem to be dancing around a BINGO. So close, but being a mood reader seems to be my curse with this challenge. Upside is I'll manage to cross at least one more square, maybe two, but still no actual BINGO.
