Night Worms Unboxing

July Theme: Strange & Unusual 

First, I forgot what month this was, even though Thursday was a major giveaway considering I live in the States. I don't even have a good excuse for that. The busy part of my week starts tomorrow. So that's fun for me. Second, that's just some of it because while I was opening this month's package, I forgot which books we were getting. Mostly because I have that thing where if it's not in front of my face, I forget about it every day. The upside is I got to be excited twice about The Eyes Are the Best Part!

The cover pulled me in, the wanting-to-eat eyeballs are what put this on my TBR. I got the vibes that this book will screw me up, and that's my favorite kind of horror novel. As soon as I wrap a couple of the books I'm currently reading (somehow that's currently count of 5 books I'm moving between), I'm jumping into Monika Kim's book. I must read this cover by the pool. I just must.

As for Your Utopia, it had to be at evil AI. Every other story is just a bonus. Because I love an evil AI or a broken AI. It's creepy and I'm here for it. Actually, all the short stories in this book sound amazing. Bonus fact, it's a BINGO book. So a win-win for me.

Plus there is Chill Bill coffee! Which has come at the perfect time because summer is in full swing here. The sun has been out and temps are in the 80s. No better time for some cold brew because I haven't felt in the mood for hot coffee this week. I don't have AC and the last thing I was was a hot beverage when I woke up with a cat sticking to my leg. (How he wants to cuddle still is beyond me, but he's cute so I deal.)

Also, the 'Weird Books' sticker, I want as a tattoo. 

Another month, another amazing Night Worms package. Two great new books on my TBR cart, and more coffee!
